Our atelier welcomes visitors by appointment. Please write or call ahead so we can prepare a thoughtful walkthrough and dedicate time to your enquiry.
To honour our 30-day thriving guarantee, please follow the written care guide provided at handover. Watering schedules, light requirements, and humidity notes are tailored to each species.
For installations, we ask for clear access to the space, agreed delivery windows, and a representative on site to receive plants. Heavy specimens may require additional handling support arranged in advance.
We may request to photograph completed installations for our portfolio. Clients always have approval rights, and any images used are credited respectfully.
We prefer locally grown stock, reusable transport materials, and ethically sourced vessels. Where compromise is necessary, we discuss it openly with clients.
Some species are mildly toxic if ingested. We will always flag plant choices that may not be suitable for households with curious children or animals, and recommend safer alternatives.
We work calmly and respectfully, and ask the same in return. Our team reserves the right to pause or end an engagement in the rare case of harassment or unsafe conditions.
