These Terms of Service govern your use of the Verdant Atelier website and the consultancy, design, installation, and maintenance services we provide. By engaging with our studio, you agree to these terms.
Verdant Atelier offers boutique plant styling, custom biophilic installations, workspace greening, and ongoing maintenance plans. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be detailed in individual project proposals.
All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a project; the balance is due upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
Plants are living organisms and their longevity depends on environmental conditions and ongoing care. We provide guidance and warranty thriving specimens for thirty (30) days following installation, provided care recommendations are followed.
Projects cancelled after deposit are subject to cost recovery for plants procured and design hours rendered. Maintenance plans may be cancelled with thirty (30) days' notice.
All design concepts, drawings, and creative materials produced by Verdant Atelier remain our intellectual property unless transferred in writing. Photography of completed projects may be used in our portfolio with client permission.
Verdant Atelier carries professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care after installation, structural movement, or environmental factors beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, the courts of Malta.
